| | This morning it was chilly and raining around 50 degrees but it felt good to run in the rain again. Pace was slow as usually my legs just have a hard time getting going in the mornings. Time was 41:40. I need to focus on running everyday and increasing my mileage. | Add Comment |

| | Ran the extended loop today, time was 40 min. It was about 50 degrees when I started and the sun hadn't yet come up. My legs always feel really tight in the morning and so when it is chilly they really have a hard time getting going. Other than the legs just feeling blah it was an uneventful run. | Add Comment |

| | Ran the Roy Pond loop. Time 35:48. Woke up early and it was chilly around 45 degrees. It took my hands a couple of miles to warmup. Legs were real tight and tired the first mile but then I picked it up for the remainder of the run, it felt good not extremelly hard but not easy either. | Add Comment |

| | Ran the Roy pond loop this morning. It was around 55 degrees and my time was 36:21. My legs felt ok for about the first 2.5 miles and then it seemed like I was laboring to keep my form. My right knee has been hurting again just slightly but nothing to be overly concerned with. | Add Comment |
