| | Woke up this morning to find an inch of snow on the ground and cold, around 30 degrees. So I bundled up and went for 4 miles. I just ran straight up 4800 for 2 miles and then back so it was a good up hill for a while. 32:30 not real fast but still trying to get back into the swing of things. | Comments(1) |

Today was very nice outside, in the 60's ran. I ran at lunch.
