| | It was another cold one this morning. 24 degrees. The legs take me a while to get loosened up. Run up 4800 for 15 min and then back for a total of 31 min. Shin still hurting a little but I have been trying to keep the ice on and the basketball to a minimum. | Add Comment |

| | The mornings are getting nicer, although I forgot to look at the temp before I left. I still had on my winter gear and it was 45 degrees. Needless to say I was hot during the run. | | I had a moment of weakness this morning. After running in the cold and snow yesterday, I broke down and ran on the treadmill this morning. I did 25 min with a good warmup and warm down so my ending mileage was low but overall a decent pace for the middle part. | Add Comment |
