| | Ran the last leg of the Ogden Marathon. I started out why too fast and felt it at the end. Average 7:15 pace, not too bad for not running the last two weeks. The ham hurt a little. Ran with Seth Wold which he helped me finish in a decent time. Our team took first with a 2:42. | Add Comment |
